Terms of Service

FANTAXTIC SERVICES LLC
Effective Date: October 26, 2026 | Website: www.fantaxticservices.com | Las Vegas, Nevada
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Fantaxtic Services LLC ("Fantaxtic Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable Privacy Policy. A service engagement is formed only when we accept the work under an applicable engagement letter, service agreement, or other confirmed arrangement. If a signed engagement agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding services, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Professional Services
We offer tax preparation and related tax assistance; bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping support; and property and casualty insurance brokerage or producer services through appropriately licensed professionals and participating insurance carriers. Specific work, deliverables, deadlines, fees, and exclusions are determined by the separate service agreement and applicable law.
Insurance services are offered only to the extent authorized by the applicable Nevada individual and business-entity producer licenses, carrier appointments, and other required authority.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information, maintain supporting records, promptly answer requests, and review all returns, reports, applications, insurance quotes, and policy documents before approval. You remain responsible for your filing and payment obligations, business decisions, and ensuring insurance coverage meets your needs.
Please notify us promptly of significant changes in contact details, financial circumstances, insured property, drivers, operations, or other facts relevant to your engagement. We are not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by missing or inaccurate information, except to the extent attributable to our own acts or omissions under applicable law.
4. Tax Preparation and Filing
We prepare tax returns and provide related assistance based on information provided by you and applicable tax rules. We do not guarantee a refund amount, tax savings, processing time, or outcome with the IRS or any state agency. You must review and approve returns, and required authorizations must be signed before electronic filing.
An extension of time to file does not extend the time to pay taxes owed. Unless separately agreed in writing, our tax preparation engagement excludes audits, appeals, amended returns, tax notices, and representation before taxing authorities.
5. Bookkeeping Services
Bookkeeping may include categorizing transactions, reconciliations, maintaining books, and preparing management reports as specified in an engagement agreement. These services do not constitute an audit, review, attestation, or assurance engagement. You retain responsibility for internal controls, underlying records, and business decisions.
6. Property and Casualty Insurance
Fantaxtic Services assists clients, within the scope of its applicable producer licensing and carrier authority, with obtaining quotes, comparing available coverage, completing applications, placing or requesting policies, and assisting with renewals or policy changes.
Quotes are estimates, not promises of coverage or final premium. Pricing, limits, deductibles, conditions, and eligibility are subject to carrier underwriting and approval. Coverage is not effective merely because an inquiry, application, payment, email, or change request was submitted. Coverage takes effect only after it has been validly bound or issued by an authorized carrier or its authorized representative, with an effective date confirmed under the applicable terms.
You must disclose accurate underwriting information and review all declarations, endorsements, limits, exclusions, deductibles, and renewal documents. Premium payment obligations, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals are governed by carrier terms and applicable law. Requests to change, cancel, or reinstate coverage are not effective until confirmed by the appropriate authorized party.
Insurance policies are issued by the applicable carrier, not by Fantaxtic Services. Carrier claims personnel determine coverage and claim payment in accordance with the policy and law. We do not guarantee claim approval or benefits. We or our licensed producers may receive carrier commissions; separately charged fees, if any, will be disclosed and assessed only where permitted.
7. Fees, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Service fees and payment schedules will be provided in an estimate, invoice, or engagement agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and your authorization. Refunds, termination, and cancellation of professional services are handled under the applicable engagement agreement and law. Insurance premiums, policy cancellations, and any return premium are subject to carrier policy terms and applicable insurance rules.
8. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Data Security
We handle tax, financial, and insurance information in accordance with applicable confidentiality, privacy, safeguarding, and disclosure requirements. We use reasonable protective measures and may share information with service providers, tax authorities, carriers, or other parties where permitted or required by law and with appropriate consent when required.
Tax return information is subject to special federal restrictions on use and disclosure; where required, separate taxpayer consent will be obtained before using tax return information for another service or marketing purpose. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full bank details, or other sensitive records using ordinary unencrypted email; use our designated secure document methods instead. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.
9. Electronic Communications and Signatures
You agree that service-related notices, appointment reminders, invoices, documents, and authorizations may be delivered electronically when permitted by law. Electronic signatures may be used subject to applicable consent and legal requirements. Marketing messages are subject to separate consent or opt-out requirements where applicable.
10. No Guarantee; Website Content
We aim to provide timely and professional services but do not guarantee specific tax, bookkeeping, financial, insurance, or agency outcomes. Website content is general information and is not individualized tax, legal, financial, or insurance advice. Information on this website may not reflect changes to laws, carrier offerings, or underwriting guidelines.
11. Third Parties
We may use third-party software, payment processors, secure portals, carriers, and other vendors. Their products and websites may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party acts outside our control, except as required by law or applicable agreements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Nevada and other applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from website use. This provision does not limit liability for negligence, professional duties, confidentiality breaches, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific liability provisions must be set out in the applicable engagement agreement and are subject to law.
13. Intellectual Property
The original text, logos, branding, graphics, and other content on our website are owned by Fantaxtic Services or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission except as allowed by law.
14. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these website terms by posting a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing engagement agreements. These terms are governed by Nevada law and applicable federal law, without displacing any mandatory consumer, tax, professional, or insurance protections.
